Put your tools in front of people looking to rent or buy it. Free to start, you set the rate, you approve the renter. Agreement, deposit and billing handled for you.
Start listing — it is free
You run a yard
Your fleet appears in searches you are not currently winning, and the whole rental
runs on the platform — agreement, signature, deposit, billing, condition and
return. A storefront plan gives you your own address and a lower rate.
You own one machine
An idle machine costs you money every month it sits. List it free, set your rate,
approve who takes it, and let the paperwork and the deposit be somebody else's
problem.
Questions owners ask
- What does it cost to list?
- Listing is free to start, with up to ten items. Forsor takes a share of the rent it collects for you, so if it never rents you never pay. Yards with larger fleets take a storefront plan, which lowers the rate and removes the listing limit.
- Do I have to be a rental company?
- No. Plenty of listings come from owners with one machine that is idle between jobs. The free plan exists for exactly that.
- Who decides who rents it?
- You do. Every request comes to you to approve or decline, and you set the rate, the deposit and the dates.
- What about the paperwork?
- Handled. The rental agreement, electronic signature, security deposit, insurance certificate and recurring billing all run through the platform.
- What if it comes back damaged?
- Condition is recorded with photographs when the item goes out and again when it comes back, and damage is priced against the deposit from that record.
